1. Who we are

Hadir Store (hadirstore.com) is an online store selling downloadable digital products. In these Terms, "the store", "we" and "us" mean Hadir Store, and "you" means the visitor or buyer. You can reach us by email at [email protected]. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders and payment: Paddle is the merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed with the store. This means the purchase contract itself is between you and Paddle under Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, and Paddle then grants you the licence to use the product under these Terms.

Paddle processes the payment, collects and remits VAT to the relevant authorities, issues the receipt, and provides customer service for everything payment related. Paddle's name appears on your card statement as "PADDLE.NET*" followed by a short code. That is expected and does not mean a charge from a third party.

3. Prices, tax and payment methods

Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals for reference, and your card is charged a fixed amount in US dollars that is stated on each product page and again at checkout. Displayed prices exclude VAT; the applicable VAT for your country (15% in Saudi Arabia) is calculated and added at checkout before you confirm, and is collected and remitted by Paddle.

Accepted payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard, including mada cards that carry the Visa or Mastercard logo,
• Apple Pay and Google Pay,
• PayPal.

You may need to enable international or online purchases for your mada card in your bank app before paying. Your bank may also add a small currency conversion fee, which is a bank charge between you and your bank and does not go to the store.

4. Digital products and delivery

Everything we sell is 100% digital: PDF files, printable cards, MP3 audio files, text files and spreadsheets. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical product.

After your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout, normally within minutes. The link is valid for 72 hours for security reasons, and you can request a fresh link at any time from the resend link page or by email, at no cost.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for downloading and saving your files to your own device or cloud storage after purchase.

5. Licence and permitted use

Unless a product page states otherwise, every product is sold under a personal-use licence. Under this licence you may:

• download, save and print the files for your own personal use, as many times as you like,
• use the files on your own personal devices.

You may not:

• resell, share, gift or redistribute the files in any form, free or paid,
• upload the files to any website, marketplace, storage service, social platform or chat group,
• use the content to create products offered for sale,
• claim authorship of the content or remove the store's name and branding from the files.

All intellectual property rights in the products and their designs remain with the store. A purchase grants you a licence to use the content, not ownership of it.

6. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase if the files have not been downloaded, and a full refund or a replacement within 14 days if a file is defective, does not open, or the wrong product was delivered. Full details are on our Refund Policy page. Refunds of payment are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

7. Nature of the content

Our content is educational and practical, intended for general self-development and everyday organisation. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Results vary from person to person and depend on your own practice, and we make no promise of any specific outcome.

8. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, not to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or files, not to scrape content at scale, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is". We work to describe every product accurately, including file formats, page counts and sizes. Preview images are illustrations of the product and may show styling elements that are not included in the files. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase, and the effective date above is updated on any material change.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of establishment (Morocco), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
